FAQ

  • How do I contact you?
    Thank you for considering offering me! Please go to the contact page or send a message on Instagram or WhatsApp! I will reply to you in a day. I would appreciate that you give me an offer 2 weeks before the shooting day.
  • What kind of information do I have to give you beforehand? 
    If you could let me know your preferred plan, date, number of people, and the kind of vibe you're hoping for, that would help me make the best suggestions! Of course, if you're not sure yet, feel free to leave it all to me—your local photographer, Aden!
  • I don’t know where is good for photo shooting in Fukuoka.
    My instagram has a variety of information about Fukuoka and my LOCATION page will be helpful to decide the location too! Also I've travel around Kyushu area, so I can suggest a good location for you if you share your expectations!
  • Can we chat before the shooting day?
    Of course! I usually keep in touch on Instagram, Instagram or WhatsApp before and after the shooting day, but if you don’t have these accounts, we can contact on e-mail as well!
  • Would it be okay if our family with small kids or babies?
    Absolutely! I spend a lot of time with my 1-year-old nephew, so I totally understand how tricky it can be to keep kids happy—haha. What I value most in my photography is capturing the little moments of everyday happiness. Rather than forcing kids to pose, I focus on photographing them just as they are naturally and comfortably. So please don’t worry about the shoot—just leave it to me! Also, I’m happy to include snack breaks or rest time if needed, free of charge, as long as we’re not pressed for time.
  • Someone in our group has limited mobility / uses a wheelchair.
    This will not be a problem at all for the photoshoot! If you let me know in advance, I can suggest a shooting route that minimizes physical strain as much as possible. (Please note that without prior notice, we might not be able to shoot at your preferred locations.)
  • Is walking or transport during the photoshoot included in the session time?
    Generally yes. Any transport or taxi fares should be covered by the client on the spot.
  • Do you travel?
    Depending on the location, yes. Besides Fukuoka, I will go to Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Takachiho and Yamaguchi! If you are considering these places, please feel free to ask me!
  • I'd like to make our photoshoot shorter.
    You can, but the session fee doesn't change.
  • How long does it take to get our pictures?
    It usually takes 5-7 business days to share the final images on Google Drive depending on your package.
  • If it's bad wether at a shooting day, can we change the schedule?
    Changes are possible! However, please note that I may not be able to accommodate your request due to other guests' schedules or my availability.
  • Our photos will be shown in your portfolio?
    I might put your photos on my portfolio page or my social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook). If you don’t appreciate it, I will not share the photos of you anywhere, so please tell me beforehand. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is prior permission required for the shooting location?
    If necessary, I can handle the application process for you! However, some locations may take time to approve, so please consult with me as early as possible.
  • Can I extend the shooting time?
    Yes, as long as it does not interfere with the next guest's schedule. The extension fee is 10,000 yen per 30 minutes with 30 more edited photos. Extensions during the shoot are also possible under the same conditions. This option can be added either before or during the photoshoot. Please note that cancellations are not accepted after the deposit has been made.
  • Can I bring flowers or other items for the shoot?
    Of course! Let me know in advance, and I’ll plan the shoot to incorporate them. Feel free to consult me about it!
  • How to pay the fee?
    We kindly ask you to follow the steps below for payment: 1. Estimate Confirmation Based on the information you submitted through the contact form, we will send you a detailed estimate. 2. Deposit Payment If everything looks good, please proceed with the deposit via bank transfer or PayPal. The deposit includes 50% of the session fee, plus 100% of any add-on options and additional costs. Example: Couple City Session (35,000 JPY) ALL-INCLUSIVE Option (10,000 JPY) Entrance Fee (500 JPY) → Deposit: 27,500 JPY (We round down to the nearest 100 yen. The remaining amount will be settled on the day.) 3. Final Payment on the Day The remaining balance will be collected in cash after the session. Please prepare the exact amount, as we may not have change on hand.
  • Do I need to pay additional charge?
    Please note that any entrance fees or other extra costs will need to be covered by you.
  • How much do you charge for travel fee?
    Travel fees are included in all sessions. However, for remote areas within Kyushu, regions outside Kyushu, or if overnight accommodation is required, actual travel expenses will be charged separately.
  • We are a large group. How are the charges calculated?
    With the Family Nature Session, up to 6 people can join. For each additional person beyond that, there is a charge of ¥5,000, which also includes 10 extra edited images per charge. The Family Kyushu Session allows up to 8 people, but if your shoot is within Fukuoka Prefecture, adding extra people to the Family Nature Session is generally more reasonable.
  • I’d like to cancel my photoshoot.
    You're welcome to cancel your session, but please note that the deposit is non-refundable. As you’ve checked the box confirming you read the FAQ on the contact page, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
  • How can I receive photos?
    Once the editing is complete, I’ll send you a Google Drive link—please download your photos from there! The album will be deleted after one month, so please make sure to download all your files before then. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-store or resend the album once it has been deleted.
  • Do you provide RAW files?
    Yes! If you wish to receive RAW files, please choose the ALL INCLUSIVE option. (Please note that the ALL-INCLUSIVE option may not be available if requested a few days after the photoshoot. Thank you for your understanding in advance.)
  • How long will I have photo data?
    I will keep a drive online for 1 month. I won’t be able to back up all photos a month after the shooting day, so please be sure to download and save your images securely. I may still have a few edited photos, however unfortunately it won’t be all of them.
  • I want to view a photo album that has already expired. Is that possible?
    I am sorry, but it’s not possible. Please make sure to save your album within one month.
  • How would you share the photos?
    Photos will be delivered via Google Drive. Both edited photos and RAW files will be shared through the same platform. Please note that the data cannot be accessed on a smartphone and must be downloaded on a PC. Additionally, all files will be deleted after one month, so make sure to download everything within that timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with recovering deleted albums, so your prompt action is appreciated.
  • Can I choose the photos to be edited?
    Yes on the ALL INCLUSIVE (¥10,000)option. With this package, you can receive all photo data and select your favorite photos for editing.
  • By when should I select the photos?
    I kindly ask you to make your selections within two weeks.
  • Can you edit photos in Photoshop in addition to photo development?
    I’m sorry, but I do not provide editing beyond photo development.
  • Can you remove people from the background?
    I’m sorry, but I cannot accommodate this. While I do my best to avoid including other people in the background during the shoot, some locations may make it unavoidable.
